Immune System Reigns Supreme
Learn why the immune system beat the Covid con and it was NOT because of the injections!
There has been much analysis and discussion about the covid manmade crisis. The truth comes filtering in, not through the mass media, but the internet and from the truth seekers across the globe!
The most dramatic information can be found in the following chart which I found that updates my lectures on why Big Chemo drive Big Food (Big Agra too!) and the beneficiary is Big Medicine which creates an expensive bloated healthcare system in the USA. Currently, about $12,500 is spent per capita in the US and in Japan it is about $5,200. That’s about 250% more and the people in Japan live longer (84.5 years) and did not have a dip in longevity during the Covid crisis like the USA!
So, in the USA Longevity dropped from about 79.5 years to 77.5 years as well as all the other countries listed except Japan and Oceana. The reason is that the Japanese lifestyle and eating habits support the maintenance of a strong immune system.

The traditional Japanese diet is a whole-foods-based diet rich in fish, seafood, and plant-based foods with minimal amounts of animal protein, added sugars, and fat.
I also researched Vitamin D blood values and was disappointed that they appear to also be deficient in Japan as the rest of most developed nations. My research and viewpoint on Vitamin D blood value is that 80% of Americans are deficient and if everyone had a blood value over 50 ng’s and not the average of about 20 ng’s, the US population would be much healthier. Mine is about 70 ng’s, I take 5000 iu’s daily (125 mg) and my diet is similar to the Japanese diet.
