In the United States, there is no question that the Hispanic, Black and American Indian communities were hard hit by the Sars 2 man made virus. Proportionally they were too often the victims of the Covid-19. In Arizona, the American Indian communities were ravaged. In New Mexico, the town of Gallup with a high Hispanic and American Indian population was isolated to control the spread of the Covid and in Chicago, 40% of the deaths were in the Black Community which represented a little more than 10% of the population.
The basic issue is that poor Lifestyle and food consumption issues are the root cause because that makes an individual more susceptible to disease states. Surprisingly, Medscape today published an article and a video interviewing a physician who has been struggling with health issues with her children, talked about how she has embraced a change in lifestyle to reverse the health issues.
Here is the definition of Lifestyle Medicine defined in the Medscape article:
The pillars of lifestyle medicine are nutrition in the form of a predominantly plant-based, whole-food diet; regular physical activity or exercise; restorative sleep; stress management or stress reduction; positive social interactions and connectivity with other people; and finally, the avoidance of toxic substances. The important differentiating factor is that these pillars are really based on research in a number of different disorders — primarily cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and heart disease — but are really applicable to human health in general.

The CDC during the last 24 months has stood silently and watched the deaths and suffering from Sars 2 spread across the country and have said nothing about how to achieve an enhanced form of lifestyle. Instead, there has been a narrow focus on how to treat the Covid as well as pushing for injections with mRNA as the only solution. The excessive fear created to have the US population follow their mandates has created great stress. The well documented, well researched paper called “Lifestyle Medicine, A Brief Review” published in 2017 has been ignored by the Allopathic Medicine Model that dominates the American Medical Mindset.
