Why would a bright young man want to destroy his life?

I am sadden that a bright young man decided that violence was the only way to call attention to the greed in the Medical Insurance business that is over a 1 TRILLION dollar industry. He has embraced the Unabomber manifesto that implied years ago that technology would destroy civilization. I believe the Unabomber Ted Krasinski who has passed may be right because if we continue down this bio warfare road creating gain of function viruses and then we use humanity as lab rats as test subjects to see if a RNA injection will counter the GOF virus, we may just create the ultimate death weapon that eradicates humanity.

I expressed my view on the shooter in a recent post:

The FBI I am sure has profiled the likely shooter personality and characteristics. My view he is well educated, from a upper middle class family and is intelligent, understands AI and has a axe to grind with UnitedHealth. A friend who was a physician was the Medical Director of well know insurance company and it was his job to control the cost of healthcare that they had to pay out. Priority is maintaining a growing bottom line year after year. Only way to get a bonus. It will be a herculean task for the FBI to review all the medical claims denied and determine if that was the impetus for shooting the CEO using AI to deny medical claims to keep the bottom line viable and growing. If the shooters DNA is not on a data base and facial recognition is not reliable, he may already be in Italy sunning himself.

The shooter made the mistake of keeping the same disguise as his method of hiding his identity. Glasses and a beard would have worked better. .
