Thanks, great post. Such an enormous issue that patient-directed publications work against what we often do to regain/maintain our health. Understand how evil in intent these people are but they continually push the boundaries of this we ever thought possible. Keeping our Vitamin D, K, zinc, iodine levels up plus the antioxidants and all are so important with what’s going on. I find it challenging to keep B complex high enough also. It must be pretty individualised.

10 years ago I requested and got my vit d level. I read d influenced immunity. I don't use sunscreen lived over 26 years in a place with with ample sunshine all year

Well my level was 27 ng/ml. So I started to take d, got it to 47. in the process my reoccurremt bladder infections vanished. Sidenote: if you do get bladder infections try mannose powder.
