I agree with you, Thomas, your instincts have proven to be right, so far, and will prove to be correct n the future.

I agree. But here in England we never see sunshine Thomas! We seem to live for months in darkness. Well dark grey horrible skies. An odd half hour of the sun peeping through! lol. I don’t trust Vit D supplements! How can they put the sun’s “rays” into a tablet? Don’t make sense. Please advise such ones as me. Thanks. Love reading your research.

Trust them. They work well if it is D3 and not D2. Of course sunshine delivers a more robust form of D but the fear of cancer causes people to be sun shy! Bobby crakets? was an invalid because London was covered in gray smoke. That didn’t allow him to get enough sunshine to produce Vitamin d that was essential for bone health. Make sense?

Thanks for advice. I’m certainly NOT sun shy! lol. I’m 84 , survived WW2 here as a child …those were the days ..growing our own food in the garden Thomas! We never heard of people with cancer! The God given immune system thrived on good food from good soil! Well that’s how I see it. Also, When I was able to spend time through the winter months with relatives who live in Australia (their Summer then as you know) I was fit as the proverbial lop even five years ago! But then…I refused the jab so my travelling days were “banned” Ah well. I’ll get some Vit D3 down me from British Supplements which seem to have good stuff for sale without all the fillers and other crap. Once again SO appreciate your reply and advice Thankyou.

Born in suburban of Chicago and during WWIi ate my lunch in the summer right out of our Victory garden. All organic and good. Never used sun screen in my life! I don’t fear the sun but embrace it! With out it life on earth would not exist! Our deranged medicine men know it and ignore the fact that the sun gives us life!
