Took me 6 months of taking 30,000 IUs per week to get from 30 ng to (finally) 56 ngs (which the test listing stated was High?) Well, I'm now going to take 4,000 IUs daily and in 5 months will be tested again to see where I'm at.

One other thing...my sister was told by her doctor that her Vit D was too high and not to take it anymore. So after several years, I insisted that she get her Vit D levels checked (I really had to push her for this). Needles to say, her doctor immediately put her on taking 50,000 IUs weekly of Vit D2 for 6 months. We later found out (since they did not send us the results) that her Vit D level was 12!!!!! Why is it that doctors do not automatically test your Vit D levels with your regular Blood test? Just because we live in AZ? We do not live outside!!! Also, due to skin cancer, we are slathered in Sunscreen...so how are we supposed to get Vit D? I now Demand a Vit D test every time I get a blood test...and now my sister is too....One other note: I have noticed that with my elevated levels I don't come down with colds....hmmmm....interesting isn't it.

I have to question whether a few of our own are poisoning the water intentionally.

Agent131711 and Tim Truth have scary articles on vitamin D3, Methylene blue and Ivermectin.
