Recently listened to a video interview with Dr. Malone explaining what is transpiring with ACIP which is the Advisory board to the FDA in reviewing and approving vaccines and the RNA injections for American citizens. The message was that the board would be objective and transparent and will inform the American public on their recommendations for approving new injections.
I noticed that behind Dr. Malone on the video which was from his office in his house was many framed documents from the patent office identifying the patents awarded to Dr. Malone. I made a comment on substack about them and his response was they were mostly patents regarding the composition of matter.
In turn, I searched for when the Patent office started recognizing new matter as patentable. I realized it is why today we have over 200 RNA projects in the works!
The key legislation was the Patent Act of 1952. This is when Congress established the modern framework for patenting "composition of matter" as one of the four categories of patentable subject matter.
The Supreme Court has observed that Congress intended anything under the sun that is made by man to be patentable, referencing S. Rep. No. 82-1979 (1952); H.R. Rep. No. 82-1923 (1952).
Section 101 of the Patent Act (35 U.S.C. 101) defines the realm of "[i]nventions patentable." It provides, "Whoever invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof, may obtain a patent therefor, subject to the conditions and requirements of this title." Section 101 was originally meant to set a low bar. Indeed, the legislative history of 101 reveals that Congress intended it to "include anything under the sun that is made by man." S. Rep. No. 1979, 82d Cong., 2d Sess., 5 (1952).
The 1952 Act was significant because it clarified that new synthetic materials, chemical compositions, and other "compositions of matter" created by human intervention were eligible for patent protection, as long as they met the requirements of being new, useful, and non-obvious.
So, the US Congress in 1952 declared that we can improve on the creation of life on earth. The definition of the word “useful” needs to be examined in detail. Useful for who? The creators of composition of matter, the investors who see a ROI on their investment, or useful to improve the health of mankind. They have failed with the mRNA injections for combating the SARS II Covid 19 virus, but their is a green light flashing brightly allowing this line of creative biological endeavors to forge forward without the oversight to avoid humanity from being exterminated from this beautiful blue green planet.
In my view it is another band aid approach to fixing ill health and not addressing the root causes. The answer is in eliminating toxins from our food supply and environment, and eliminating medical treatment that harms,. no matter if it is unnecessary surgical procedures or treatment protocols that are ill conceived, like the one we have just experienced with the Covid con.
Apparently, the researchers at the University of Wisconsin see it differently.
University of Wisconsin researchers are working on Franken Chicken.
The immune system plays a central role in keeping humans and CHICKENS healthy!
Our medicine man keeps ignoring the central role and keeps competing with the immune system by finding alternative treatments, rather that making sure we all have a healthy immune system.
My views on keeping a healthy immune system.
My thoughts for the day. Old but not senile yet!
