How to Decode Food Labels and Ingredients
In my view the ones that stand out are: MSG, BHT, Erythritol. Coal Tar Dyes, Sucralose (Splenda), Aspartame, Carrageenan, High Fructose Corn Syrup, and Natural Flavors, which hide the actual chemicals that mimic natural flavors in nature.
Food Industry is only taking one small step for humanity by removing the Coal Tar Dyes.

The main story line is about how Tylenol Capsules were poisoned with cyanide and innocent humans died unexpectedly. Began in 1980 and happened the last time to my knowledge in 1986. I also reveal why the FBI was sent down the wrong path in their investigation which never produced the killer. Actually, there were more than one killer. A story that has never been told.

I was a kid when that Tylenol cyanide scare happened. It’s what led to all these wrappings around boxes and the pill bottles themselves which of course would show the regular consumer that the bottle had been tampered with and you would then know not to consume those pills. Whoolah! We are saved! Problem solved! Those poisoned pills were most likely added sometime in the manufacturing process before packaging but hey they surely would’ve looked there first right? Congrats on the book. I’ll be ready for consumption upon release.
