I take NAC daily 600 mg. Helps boost immune system function. All cells in the body require glutathione, including lung cells. Try it. May reduce the symnptoms of COPD, depending how scarded they are. Glad you have stayed well!

We too have been taking those supplements - except NAC and L-lysine because I don't know how much to take. I've read about both and don't know if they're to be taken all the time, like Zinc, D3 & Quercetin, or just if you're exposed or ill???

I put us both on them nearly from the start (or as soon as info came out on them) we are both older and have COPD and have not been sick this whole 2.5 years, even though my daughter's family got it -we didn't catch it from them - (they then went on the OTC meds as well. LOL). We never masked unless absolutely required wherever we were and didn't change our lifestyle much, still ate out, went to Home Depot along with everyone else, etc. The only real explanation is the supplements.
